Anyways I liked this game a lot. (I wish i could make my mc suffer more tho.)
This is amazing and probably my favorite IF I've consumed on Itch thus far. The characters are all well-written and insanely charismatic (to the point that it'd be fair to say my MC has a crush on every single one of them to differing degrees, save for maybe Fadiya), their art is of course gorgeous, and I adore the complex, angsty, tangled relationship between King Luceris and MC. Burning down his late wife's room was such a petty and pointless act of vengeance but it makes sense for an angry and deeply sad fifteen-year-old to do and he recognized that. It feels a little like Thorfinn and Askeladd's relationship from Vinland Saga (which is very high praise if you've seen that).
Vincent in The Chair was also just as memorable as the rest of the comment section implies. Its even worse because one of my MC's unhealthy coping mechanisms is excessive sexual activity so yeah... sorry Vincent...
So yeah. Delightful, complex characters, cool setting, great monologue and descriptive writing, amazing overall. Can't wait to see more!
so I'm only on like c2 but I think the order from youngest to oldest may be alistair, player, c-something necklace guy (I forgot his name already oops), 2 dead older brothers, catalina. unless there was going to be a severe age gap in her and luceris's original marriage lol

What do you mean, killed my whole family just because one of my family members killed your wife?! Plus, you let my citizens turn into mass killers?!

That definitely puts us in an awkward relationship with Helios. It's not his fault what his father did to us, but I don't think I will be able to love him fully because of our family's past troubles.

I am still in the beggining and I shocked that there is no options for what I would do with Lancelot's kindness... I am just tilting here not understand anything... not angry nor relieved just plainly surprised... Why are they nice with me? maybe eventually I will understand...
I'm going for the revenge route, don't care if the ROs get hurt tbh. That's a price my MC is willing to pay, she's gonna be the villain blinded by rage and grief AND will take it out on everyone 🙏 Looking forward to updates!
A Nice game, the story is cool with some nice implementations of customization, that isn't thrown at you at the very start of the game, but only when it's relevant at the moment. I like all the character's that are involved in the story, for some reason I feel a certain attraction to Eadith, so I'll continue to pursue that in the later updates. The skill stats, like Blades and Strength, or Arcana and Knowledge currently just feel useless. You don't get to do anything with such stats and hardly get to train them, those stats only passively raised by 3 once, and even then, there was no point to it. It would've been better if your knowledge stat made you appear to be smarter, or some options that sound intelligent were only available with a knowledge requirement. Or maybe with Strength it could be related to durability or physical strength, like when Vincent pushed Fadiya after she broke his nose, with enough strength we could have caught her. Just some suggestions, food for thought if anything more.
I don’t mind Lancelot being in love with Luceris (actually no, scrap that, I do) but what truly maddens me is his audacity to still want a connection with the mc! Like come on now, you can’t play both sides in this situation. If you love Luceris go for it, good for you, but then leave mc alone and don’t try to act concerned for their wellbeing, otherwise you are only contributing to their misery. At this point let the gods take mc away from this world too bc I swear…
It was very hard decision to cut Lancelot entirely off of mc’s life (bc I do see how he cares for them and I do empathise with him, even if only slightly) and I felt bad making him choose between Luceris and mc, but I deeply believe it was the right choice for my mc. Interesting but bit frustrating that a character primarily trained in physical side of things Combat etc) keeps acting and getting treated like they are completely helpless. Makes me think of the stupid damsel in distress bullcrap that always irked me. Or whatever the male equivalent is since I prefer playing male characters. Nah fr like playing through they act like I have no training at all but my main classes I took had a focus on fighting? Like I get that we are royalty or whatever but I ain't a baby. I would say it's because they view you as kinda pathetic since you are royalty (just stereotyping ig like those rich kids who can't do anything themselves) but they don't treat Helios like that?
I'm really enjoying the story so far. I do wish we had more options to tell vincent to fuck off more often, he crosses the line between cold and outright cruelty too many times and I feel like the mc is just forced to go along with it

Help! SPOILER Did i do something wrong or does hunter reject us in ch. 4 no matter what? It feels like theres very little romance reward here and the MC is like 20 now...
Hunter will always reject the MC no matter what. The romance has barely started in the demo and Hunter route is the slowest one, so if there's little romance rewards is not you doing something wrong is meant to be that way.
Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't enjoy the romance in this story. I mean, what the MC is going through is horrific. I only want revenge and to make everyone in that castle miserable, especially the King and Lancelot. I'm rooting for you; you know well about our MC's past, but what the ****?! How can he do that? Don't give crap about being in love. Nah, the same King who constantly reminds us that he dearly loves his wife decides to move on. What a joke. What he is doing behind our backs—dating our worst enemy—the betrayal is really cut deep, because I feel he is the only character who is supportive towards our MC. Sorry for the rambling. I mean, it's a good story and have potential, but still, I hope the MC can take a break 😕
Meanwhile my MC has forgotten about revenge, well, as much as he could. I just made him pretty self-destructive instead, but still spiteful towards the king.
I'm trying to figure out why my character keeps coming off after several tries in one part of story as having forgotten vengence when I want him to still want it. Just not for stupid minor things others done. But the murder and destruction of his family and life and being forced into a position he didn't really want and serves the one he hates
I love how intricate and detailed the plot and characters are. I also love the variety of options the MC has. And I'm upset about the cliffhanger on chapter four but I guess that just makes me want to play chapter five more (whenever it comes out)!

Hunter will always reject the MC no matter what. The romance has barely started in the demo and Hunter route is the slowest one, so if there's little romance rewards is not you doing something wrong is meant to be that way.
